What is Vibration?

Everything is in constant motion. Even inanimate objects that appear to be completely still vibrate at varying degrees. Human beings also resonate frequency.
Vibration can simply be described as oscillating energy, or energy moving in a continuous cycle. For example, every completed revolution around a figure-eight pattern represents a single frequency.

Frequency is the rate or speed of vibration, which is measured in per second intervals known as hertz…the measurement of vibration per second. Five revolutions around a figure-eight pattern represents 5 hertz, which is a very slow frequency.
Slow frequencies are low frequencies, while, fast frequencies represent high frequencies.
According to Dr. David Hawkins, author of the book, “Power vs. Force,” he describes the line of demarcation between low and high vibration, or slow and fast vibration as 200 hertz. Any vibration below 200 hertz is considered low/slow frequency (Force) and detrimental to the full human dynamic.
The lower/slower the frequency, the more negative the impact. Vibrations exceeding 200 hertz (Power) are beneficial and advantageous, the higher/faster the frequency the more positive the affect.
Your vibrations cycle through varying frequencies much like your ever-changing blood pressure, heart rate and blood sugar. Our goal should be to continuously ascend to the highest vibration attainable.

Every emotion, word, phrase and thought offer corresponding vibrational frequencies which attract and repel…people, places, things and experiences.
So, it does really matter what you say…what you think…how you feel and monitor your emotions…and who you
spend time with.
You’ve heard of the phrase, “you are what you eat?” In relation to vibrational frequencies, what you say, think and feel can possibly determine a beneficial or detrimental reality.
When an individual resonates at any particular vibrational frequency long enough and strong enough, that vibration can transform into a consciousness. Imagine filling an ice tray with water and placing it in a freezer.
After a certain amount of time in the freezing temperature, the water begins to get colder and harden. This transformation continues until the water becomes solid ice cubes.
Just as the water gets colder and freezes after an extended period in the frozen temperature, vibrational frequency can also crystalize.
Consciousness is solidified vibration, crystalized with cognition and communication.

The newly formed consciousness becomes the base frequency from which a person can ascend higher, however cannot descend beneath.
Consciousnesses are permanent, intangible foundations that supports our ascension, while vibration transports us to each plateau.
The internal and external body is made up of 50-100 trillion infinitesimal bodies. Cells possess an energy vortex that impowers a vibrating energy that are individual bodies
unto themselves.
Organs are made up of millions of cells that are similar in consciousness, nucleating to create a “collective consciousness.”
There are many therapies that can (temporarily) ascend your vibration. However, maintaining and cultivating your ascended vibration into a consciousness is a self-aspiring odyssey. Here’s a small list of therapies and techniques:
Energy Therapy-Meridian Therapy Tapology (MTT)
Aroma Therapy
Gem Stone Therapy
Meditation
Color Therapy
Affirmations (Spoken Word Therapy)
Music
Sound Therapy.
